Summer Tours Feature "Back of House"

During the summer and early fall, Sunnylands shifts tour emphasis to the interior of the historic house. Rooms not seen during the regular season are open to ticket holders. Starting May 1, house tours include the kitchen, the locker rooms, and the projection room, and a limited drive around the grounds. Previous visitors to Sunnylands are encouraged to book tickets to see these usually-closed areas of the historic house.
Tours of the estate can be purchased on at $35 each. Children under ten cannot be accommodated on tours of the historic house but are welcome to explore Sunnylands Center & Gardens, which is open during tour hours, and free to the public.
Less than 900 tickets are released on the first and fifteenth of each month at 9:00 am and sell out quickly. Those interested in purchasing tickets are strongly advised to be on the Sunnylands website at 9:00 am on the day of ticket releases.
Sunnylands is closed July and August.
